Due to the uncertainty of times with the Coronavirus COVID-19, Family First Credit Union is offering the “Skip-A-Payment Assistance” to members to assist in the loss of household wages, unexpected expenses, and safety preparedness.
Members can apply to skip up to two consecutive payments on their consumer loans and credit cards to help relieve paying bills during this difficult time. We will waive all skip payment fees associated with the Coronavirus COVID-19 crisis. If you have skipped a payment in the last six months due to another reason, you are still eligible for two consecutive payment skips associated with the Coronavirus COVID-19 crisis.
For the fastest and easiest service, we encourage you to complete the Corona COVID-19 Skip Payment Form electronically. Please fill the form out and click submit. Important, if you email or fax the form, please do not put your member number on the form. A Loan Officer will contact you to complete your request.
Please note, if you skip payments on your auto loans and you purchased GAP insurance, this will affect the payout based on the additional interest and principal. If you skip more than five payments, your GAP insurance is voided. Loans will not payout according to the original terms of the loan agreement if a payment is skipped. Real Estate loans are not included (contact a Loan Officer).
